Best Overall: We love the TRU S111 it's one of the few, if not only arm that does not need a VESA Mount Conversion Kit (usually costs an additional $39.00)

Honorable Mention: The Innovative Office Products  iLift Arm  and the Humanscale M8 are both great arms but both will need the VESA Mount Converter.
